Sport, Play and Community Development
Welcome to the website for North Lincolnshire Council's Sport, Play and Community Development Team. Our aim is to increase participation in sport, play and active recreation for all ages and abilities. We do this by working with a wide range of people to allow community based activities to be delivered.
This website introduces the team and the work it is involved in across North Lincolnshire, offers advice on funding and gives information on your nearest clubs and organisations.
To keep people informed of our work we have a number of strategies and plans currently in place. These are available in full on our "Strategies and plans" section but highlighted below are just a selection of the pledges made by the team to deliver by 2008.
